Your account enters a 30-day cooling-off window. After 30 days, it closes permanently. Your balance is paid out to your registered payment method before closure. All your betting history and account data are retained per compliance law.

We can only change terms with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing bets or balances. You can close your account without penalty if you disagree with a change. No change affects your right to withdraw funds.

Deposit references vary by payment method and account age. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS all have daily and monthly caps shown at checkout. Your first deposit may have a lower limit. Email support to request a limit review after seven days of account history.
